Terms and conditions

This website is owned and operated by Eden Nature's est. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors handmade skin products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that:

                           (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:

                           (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item                                     and you  complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We do not collect sale taxes.
“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as subscriptions, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel any order as long as it is not fulfilled. Any fulfilled order cannot be cancelled nor refunded. You must wait to receive your package and start the return process. See return policy.

Personalized orders, deposits, can be cancelled within the hour. Passed that time, cancellation or refund is not possible but you will be eligible for a credit note. Once the order is being fulfilled, refund or credit note is not possible. You may at this point, cancel your order but your deposit will not be refunded nor credited.


For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

           (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and

           (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: 

                     - Sales items 

                     - Liquidation items

                     - Special edition items

                     - Open package items. Because of the nature of our products they must be returned sealed.

Any items that violates our return policies will not be received nor refunded. That includes worn, used or damaged items, item receive after 14 days post delivery to the customer, any products that are not eligible.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
